Man Urinates On Himself During Drunk Driving Arrest, Police Say

A roundup of the latest from the Fox Point police reports.

Police say a man was arrested for third offense drunken driving Jan. 9 after he crashed his car into a ditch and urinated on himself while talking to officers.

At 6:29 p.m., an officer was dispatched to a report of a minivan in a ditch in the 6800 block of North Lake Drive. The driver told police he attempted a u-turn after missing a turn and found himself in the ditch.

An officer noticed the driver had glossy eyes, impaired speech and had urinated on himself. The man subsequently failed on-scene sobriety tests and registered a 0.33 blood alcohol content during a Breathalyzer test.
