Crime Corner: Ugly Vandalism Damages Fox Point Home

Grafton man picks up third OWI in Bayside.

The following are summaries of reports from the Fox Point and Bayside police departments:

Vandalism: Unknown actors spray-painted a series of vulgarities on the side of a home in the 500 block of East MacArthur Road, according to Fox Point Police.

Neighbors noticed the vandalism on Halloween, when the owners of the victimized home were out of town. Police investigated and observed a broken window in addition to the spray paint, and UGG boot prints in the ground near the damage.

When the family returned to speak with police, they acknowledged that the window had been broken before they left. A check of the nearby boot prints did not match any of boots belonging to the homeowners, leading police to believe the vandal is a female.

The family’s school-age daughter could not provide any possible suspects, but when asked if there were any girls at school who did not like her, she said, “That would be half of my school.”
