A Bayside police officer on patrol Saturday spotted Lowe driving northbound on I-43 and deviate between lanes without using his turn signal. The officer then pulled Lowe over and noticed he smelled of alcohol.

The officer asked to see Lowe’s driver’s license, however, it took him two minutes to show it to the officer. Lowe then failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol level of 0.18 at the time of the incident, which is more than twice the legal limit to drive in Wisconsin.

He was previously convicted of OWI in 1993 and 1997. Lowe will make his initial appearance in court Tuesday.
