Property Crime in Port Washington, Saukville and Around the State

Every year, the Federal Bureau of Investigation uses data reported to it by nearly every law enforcement agency in the country to build a report on crime in the United States. The report includes data on reported crimes, from theft to homicide, arrests, trends and how many officers are employed in communities.

Port Washington and Saukville have the highest rates of property crime in Ozaukee County. Property crime is broken down into burglary, larceny theft, car theft and arson. 

Port Washington's rate per 1,000 people is 13.81, while Saukville's is 19.69. Other Ozaukee County rates are:

  • Grafton 12.77
  • Cedarburg 11.87
  • Mequon 8.68

In Port how many arrests for each crime? That is alittle more than a crime a day.We have to do better...

What is going on in saukville... Each report shows Saukville higher is percentage.. Step it up Saukville finest.

Perhaps they should take the same approach as Milwaukee PD and just classify everything as a parking violation. Then there would be no crime.
