Racial Slur Carved into Fox Point Car

Police found paint flakes, meaning the damage was fresh.

While away in Virginia, a Fox Point woman got a surprise phone call from Fox Point police when they informed her of some serious damage to her Porsche.

According to the report:

A 37-year-old office manager had returned her boss' vehicle, a Porsche, to the parking garage at The Portico's apartments on Sunday. As she was leaving later with her husband, they drove past the Porsche and noticed something had been written on the door. After taking a closer look at the entire vehicle, she discovered "HAHA" was etched into the paint on the rear passenger door and a racial slur was etched on the hood and rear hatch door above the license plate.

Officers took a closer look at the car and saw there were still paint flakes on the hood, which meant the damage was fresh. The rear tire was also deflated, however, police were unable to determine if the tire had a leak or was purposefully damaged.

Police called the owner of the vehicle in Virginia and notified her of the damage. She could not think of anyone who may have vandalized her vehicle. Police have no suspects at this time.
