Falls police bust suspect after her mother asks for extra patrols at her home saying her daughter isn't allow there.

A 20-year-old Menomonee Falls woman is facing charges after she was caught outside of her parent’s home with heroin paraphernalia in her car with her boyfriend.

Natalie M. Demore was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court Monday with one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. If convicted, she faces up to 30 days in jail and $500 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint:

Demore’s mother contacted Menomonee Falls police officers Friday and asked them to do extra patrol outside of her home in the W14500 block of Redwood Drive because she was out of town and was concerned her daughter and her boyfriend would try to enter the home. Demore had recently contacted police officers as well asking if she could enter the home and retrieve a rifle that belongs to her boyfriend.

An officer went to the home and found it secure; however, a neighbor flagged him down and told him Demore had entered the home the day before through a basement window. The woman said her husband had boarded up the window since the incident and would contact officers if Demore came back.

The woman called officers again and said Demore was outside of the home and looking in the windows. When officers arrived the woman was walking through yards od residences, and she appeared under the influence of an unknown substance. She told officers she was at the home to try and get her laptop.

Officers found Demore’s car near White Birch Drive and Cedar Ridge Lane with her boyfriend inside. He was then placed under arrest for carrying a concealed weapon after officers found an axe under his seat and a steak knife hidden in his waistband.

Officers then searched the car and found a container with handcuffs, shot glasses and a baggie of heroin paraphernalia inside. Demore said the items belonged to her boyfriend and denied knowing they were in the car.

Demore is currently free on a $500 signature bond.

A steak knife in your waistband when you are high will not end well.

Why wasn't the man identified in this article if he was also arrested?
