2012 Bayside Community Survey is Now Available
The survey takes only 15 minutes to complete and helps Village Hall understand resident perceptions and opinions about current services and future initiatives.
Four years have passed since the 2008 Community Survey, and it's time to see how we are doing as a village and a community. The 2012 Community Survey will help provide with your perceptions and opinions about current services and future initiatives. Your answers will help direct the village to establish policies for the type and level of services that are provided for Bayside residents.
The survey only takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. There are a number of convenient ways to obtain and complete the survey, including:
- Click here to take it online;
- Download the Community Survey from the Village website and drop it off at Village Hall;
- Complete the survey in the June edition of the monthly Village newsletter the Village Scene and return to Village Hall;
- Pick-up and return a copy of the survey at Village Hall.
The survey submittal deadline is June 29 at 4:30 p.m. Residents can drop-off a hard copy of the Community Survey after hours by placing it in the night depository box.
