Bring it Out, Bring it Out for Bayside Spring Cleanup

The village will be working with the Make A Wish Foundation, Hunger Task Force and also will be collecting funds for the Bayside family who was recently displaced due to a house fire last week.

Spring is here, and that means so is Bayside's annual Spring Clean Up Day event. Bring your items over this Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. With an opportunity to properly dispose of just about every household item, this is the can't miss event of the Spring! 

Please note:

  • Non-perishable food items and/or monetary gifts, as well as ID is required to participate;
  • Participants will enter by using the yard waste entrance located off Fairy Chasm Road, and exit out to Regent Road;
  • Household Hazardous Waste items will be collected at Ellsworth Park, beginning at 9am.  This collection is funded through a grant, and monies are limited (first come, first serve).
  • Habitat for Humanity & GoodWill will be on site accepting donations (bring anything you can);
  • SecurX will be on site again to provide secure document shredding services from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

  • Recycling;
  • Electronics (TVs, Computers, PCs; Keyboards, etc.)
  • Construction materials;
  • Dried paint;
  • Scrap Metal;
  • Prescription medication;
  • Household Hazardous Waste (Ellsworth Park);
  • Cell phones, batteries, ink cartridges;
  • Dehumidifiers.

Bayside will be working with Make A Wish Foundation, and Hunger Task Force, accepting donations of non-perishable food items and/or monetary gifts as an entrance fee for Clean Up Days.  Also, the village will be collecting funds for the that occurred last week.
