Save the Date: Bayside Fall Cleanup

Bring your paper for shredding, latex paint or other waste for proper disposal Saturday.

Bring your garbage, recycling, shreddables and old paint, is hosting another cleanup day Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the south parking lot at .

This collection is for Bayside residents only, and identification is required.

The Village is asking residents to donate to participate. Each resident will be asked to donate three non-perishable food items to benefit Hunger Task Force, or a monetary donation to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.

Residents will be able to dispose of:

• Excess garbage and recycling

• Documents for shredding

• TV’s and dehumidifiers

• Scrap metal

• Latex paint (preferably dried)

• Donations for Goodwill

• Old cell phones

• Used ink cartridges

• Household batteries

• Used motor oil

In addition to disposing the above items, residents can also dispose of unused or unwanted prescription medication at the during the event, or at any time Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The Village would like to thank ServiceMaster, SecurX, Goodwill, Hunger Task Force, A&W Iron Metal, Batteries Plus and Jensen Environmental Services for partnering with the village to make this event a great success.
