Bradley C. Riemann, Ph.D., clinical director of the Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) Center and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Services at Rogers Memorial Hospital, will participate in this year’s Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (ABCT) convention November 21-24 in Nashville, Tenn.

An internationally recognized expert in the assessment and treatment of OCD and other anxiety disorders, Dr. Riemann will participate in the clinical roundtable “Treatment-Resistant OCD and Spectrum Conditions in Children and Adolescents" and the symposium “Myth-Busting Exposure Therapy.” In addition, Rogers’ David M. Jacobi, Ph.D., and Chad Wetterneck, Ph.D., will join colleagues for the opportunity to share current ideas and the latest research on cognitive and behavioral therapies. Each year, the conference draws thousands of behavioral health professionals from around the world to take advantage of the variety of roundtable discussions and presentations.

ABCT is committed to the advancement of scientific approaches to the understanding of human functioning through the investigation and application of behavioral, cognitive and other evidence-based principles. The goal is to enhance health and well-being through the assessment, prevention and treatment of human problems. The convention draws thought leaders and highly esteemed professionals in the industry and offers them the opportunity to discuss factors that affect disorders like OCD and how to overcome them.
