Rogers Welcomes New Director of Marketing

Paul A. Mueller, CEO of Rogers Memorial Hospital, is pleased to announce that Stacy McGauvran-Hruby, has joined the hospital’s administrative leadership as the new director of marketing, along with additional changes in the outreach team.

“Stacy brings more than 15 years of experience leading healthcare and hospital marketing efforts,” Mueller said. “I believe she will be an excellent addition to our management team. Her experience will be an asset as we continue to promote the many aspects of providing quality behavioral health care both in the community and around the world. She will also offer her expertise to reinforce the strategic plans of both the hospital and Rogers Behavioral Health System.”

A graduate of Iowa State University in Ames, McGauvran-Hruby holds a bachelor’s in mass communication and international studies. The hospital began seeking a new marketing director when Jody Miller, who served in the role for the past three years, became marketing advisor for Rogers Behavioral Health System in March. While serving as marketing director, Miller was key to developing the hospital’s strategic plans and growth through collaboration with senior administration and the leadership team. She continues to offer her expertise as marketing advisor by working directly with administrative and medical leadership to contribute to the system’s overall strategic marketing initiatives.

“In addition to Stacy joining the team, we are continuing to build our national outreach team,” Mueller continued. “This team has played a critical role in the development of the strong national relationships we enjoy today. To assist with this progress, Mary Jo Wiegratz has become manager of national outreach. Her leadership over the last nine years has helped to establish recognition for our residential and specialty programs. No doubt, she will help assure Rogers remains relevant to our national community.”

As part of the strategy to maintain and grow Rogers’ global presence, the hospital will also add two national outreach positions, which will be filled by individuals who live in two key regions the hospital serves: Chicago and the East Coast. “These new representatives will serve as liaisons to local mental health providers and families who might benefit from Rogers’ services and treatment programs,” Mueller explained.
