Learn the meaning and ideas of mindfulness as it relates to parenting and everyday life. This practice will show you the fullness and potential of each moment and in doing so decrease stress, bring greater wisdom, open heartedness and balance into our life. Mindfulness is a way of connecting with your children and others through a deeper awareness of oneself. Lead by Heidi Lukinac, a registered yoga teacher and an avid mindfulness student.
