Nicolet Merit Award Applications Due March 16
Pick up applications in the office or download them from the Nicolet website.
The Nicolet Merit Award is a way of recognizing students who participate in school activities, exhibit a positive attitude in their classes, perform service for the school and show leadership through good behavior and citizenship during the school year. Please remind your son or daughter to complete the Merit Award packet and turn it in by March 16. The Merit Award looks great on college applications, so encourage your son/daughter to pick one up in the High School Office or an application can be downloaded from the Nicolet website here.
The Nicolet PTSO sponsors the Merit Award ceremony which will be held on May 24, at 2:45 p.m. in the cafeteria.
If your student is looking for service hours, here are a few ideas: working concessions at athletic events, swim team garage/rummage sale help (contact Mr. Dwight Davis), ushering at the upcoming music concert on March 6, tutoring, or contact a teacher/coach to see if they need any assistance.
