North Shore Schools Open Enrollment Information

Find information on open enrolling your child in the following districts: Maple Dale-Indian Hill School District, Fox Point-Bayside School District, Shorewood School District, Whitefish Bay School District, Nicolet High School District, Mequoon-Thiensvi

Looking to open enroll your child in a district other than the one in which you live?

Find information on how many open enrollment seats are available for the 2013-14 school year in the Maple Dale-Indian Hill School District, Fox Point-Bayside School District, Shorewood School District, Whitefish Bay School District, Nicolet High School District, Mequoon-Thiensville School District, Glendale-River Hills School District, Port Washington-Saukville School District, Cedarburg School District, and Grafton School District.

To apply for open enrollment, check out the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction's public school open enrollment site and fill out the online application beginning Feb. 4 until April 30.

Maple Dale-Indian Hill School: Eight seats open; one seat in K5, one seat in 1st grade, one seat in 2nd grade, one seat in the 3rd grade, one seat in the 4th Grade, two seats in the 7th Gade, and one seat in the 8th grade. 

Fox Point-Bayside: Ten seats open; four in K5, two in 2nd grade, and four in 7th grade.

Shorewood: Three seats open; two in 2nd grade, and one in the 6th grade.

Whitefish Bay – no open enrollment seats available

Nicolet High School: Eight seats open; four in the 9th grade, two in the 10th grade, one in the 11th grade, and one in the 12th grade.

Mequon-Thiensville School District: 28 seats open; five in the 1st grade, five in the 2nd grade, two in the 9th grade, five in the 10th grade, 10 in the 11th grade, and one in the 12th grade.

Glendale-River Hills School District: 21 seats open; five in K5, 10 in the 1st grade, three in the 4th grade, and three in the 5th grade.

Port Washington-Saukville School District: The school district has not put a limit on any of the grade levels for open enrollment applicants. The only exception to this is the cognitive disabilities students at both the middle school and high school, where only two students will be allowed into the program at each school.

Cedarburg School District: 53 seats open; seven in K5, three in the 1st grade, 11 in the 2nd grade, three in the 3rd grade, three in the 4th grade, 11 in the  5th grade, five in the 6th grade, five in the 7th grade, and five in the 9th grade.

Grafton School District: 174 seats available; two in K5, two in 1st grade, 13 in the 2nd grade, 11 in the 3rd grade, six in the 4th grade, 10 in the 5th grade, four in the 6th grade, four in the 7th grade, six in the 8th grade, 37 in the 9th grade, 17 in the 10th grade, 24 in the 11th grade, and 38 in the 12th grade.
