The walk is the single-largest fundraiser for the NKFW, so your continued support is critical.  Funds raised through the walk go to support NKFW programming, such as KEEP health screenings: local free clinics that are helping to assist with prevention, detection and treatment of kidney disease, and promoting organ donation awareness, support services for living donors and those dealing with diabetes and high blood pressure.

How can you help?

  • Become a team captain.  Go to kidneywalk.org to register your team for the walk and use the resources available to recruit your family, friends, colleagues and neighbors to join or contribute to your walk team.  Raising $100 earns you an NKFW t-shirt, and additional incentive items can be earned with additional funds raised.  Of every dollar raised, 83 cents stays here in Wisconsin to support local people impacted by kidney disease.

  • Set a fundraising goal and register to walk.  You can sign up at kidneywalk.org

  • Help us spread the word.  Pass along our information to your friends, colleagues, co-workers or others involved in the kidney community to help show support for this great cause.
