What Time is the Packers-Vikings Game on Sunday?
With a win over the hated purple rivals, the Packers can earn a bye in the first round of the NFL playoffs, and guarantee a home game.
The Green Bay Packers can clinch the No. 2 seed in the NFC playoffs by defeating the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday afternoon. The game has been moved to 3:25 p.m. from the original noon start, and will be broadcast locally on FOX 6.
A team that has won nine of its last 10 games is expected to welcome back wide receiver Jordy Nelson from a hamstring injury, but now fellow receiver Randall Cobb did not practice Wednesday or Thursday after injuring his ankle last week. Β Charles Woodson also has been ruled out, though he is expected back for the playoffs.
Despite season-long injury issues, however, the Packers have succeeded thanks to the emergence of players such as James Jones, Mike Neal and Casey Hayward. And the running game has seen a boost in recent weeks as Ryan Grant has returned and looked solid.

The Vikings (9-6) have absolutely no question in the running game, as Adrian Peterson needs 208 yards to break the NFL single-season rushing record, held by Eric Dickerson. More than individual accomplishments, though, the Vikings are focused on qualifying for the playoffs. They are the No. 6 seed as of today and remain in with a win, but a loss requires a Chicago loss and a loss or tie by New York and Dallas.
