Deals and Steals: Your Local Garage Sale Guide

Whether you call them garage sales, rummage sales or yard sales, Patch wants to be the first place you check each weekend to find locally used treasures. 

We want anyone who's planning a yard sale toenter it in our community calendar. Not only will it show up in our daily morning newsletter sent to thousands of local residents, it will also show up on our home page the day of your yard sale.

And Patch has already heard of some sales scheduled for the upcoming months. Mark your calendars and get ready to start rummaging.

Big, Multi-Family Bayside Sale

• Sept. 6, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Sept. 7, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Location: 950 W. Jonathan Lane, Bayside

This multi-family Bayside garage sale will feature kids clothes, toys and collectibles including: lladros, antiques, American Girl Dolls and accessories, households, Wii, kids outdoor play items, bicycle, Discovery toys and costumes.

One Day Only Fox Point Garage Sale

• Sept. 8, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Location: 1711 E. Fox Ln., Fox Point

This one-day sale will include a pedestal table with leaves, Pottery Barn Kids table and two colorful chairs, Ethan Allen swivel rocker and ottoman, various home decor, a microwave, rugs, kids athletic gear and bikes, children's clothing and shoes, kids toys and games, books and DVD's, a TV and more. 

Multi-Family Mequon Rummage Sale

• Sept. 7, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Sept. 8, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Location: 9738 N. Fairfield Rd., Mequon

Multi-family rummage includes lots of baby and children's items including boys and girls clothing sizes up to early elementary school age, shoes and baby items including high chair. Baby Looney Toons crib bedding. Boys first bikes with training wheels. Some outdoor items including heavy duty plastic kids pool, kids wheelbarrows and baseball equipment. Burley pull behind bike trailer. Miscellaneous toys including a Tonka Truck and Loader. Some Home Decor including some Home Interiors. Kids Halloween consumes.

Mequon Moving Sale

• Sept. 8, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Sept. 9, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Location: 11320 N. Parkview Dr., Mequon

This sale will feature toys, sports and exercise equipment (windsurfing sails, skis, bike, hockey equip, weight bench), furniture (bookcase, piano, rocking chair, file cabinet, office desk & chairs), tools, household goods, artwork and other miscellaneous items.
