By Kirsten Adshead | Wisconsin Reporter
MADISON – If public polling was conducted prior to the Civil War, the division might have looked something like this.

But 46 percent of Wisconsinites also disapprove of their liberal-minded president, Barack Obama, best known for the loved-and-loathed Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act – aka Obamacare – a nationwide expansion of health care coverage.
Forty-eight percent approve of Walker. Forty-seven percent approve of Obama. Thirty-four percent approve of Obama and disapprove of Walker. Thirty-six percent disapprove of Obama and approve of Walker.
