I went there once and never again. I called to make an appointment and they told me that I could walk-in a few minutes before 11am. I didn't get the service started until 11:15am. The wax was too hot and for a business who is been around 18 years they should know waxing preparations and procedures. To top everything off and what bother me the most was that they wouldn't take credit cards. This site itself shows that the forms of payment are cash, debit card, mastercard and visa(which is what I presented). They told me no credit card, but we can take a check, which is not a way of payment method. Luckily, I had just enough to pay in cash but nothing for a tip, which wasn't deserved.
