All Aboard for Fashion: Express Is Rolling Into Bayshore

Coldwater Creek will close Jan. 6, and Express is expected to arrive this spring.

Express will open its fourth Milwaukee location at Bayshore Town Center, in the space currently occupied by Coldwater Creek.  Coldwater Creek, a women's clothing store, will close after its last day on Jan. 6, according to a sign at the store. The store is currently holding a sale, advertising up to 60 percent off on select merchandise. Coldwater Creek customers can continue to shop at the Mayfair Mall location. Mall officials told Patch that Express – which also has locations at Mayfair Mall, Southridge Mall and Brookfield Square Mall – will open sometime in the spring. Cocaine Bust During Shoplifting Arrest at Bayshore

A Glendale man had cocaine on him when he attempted to steal four Android touch pads from Kohl's, police say.

A 29-year-old Glendale man is accused of shoplifting from Bayshore Mall while carrying cocaine. Joshua Allen Bowen was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Thursday with one count of retail theft and one count of possession of cocaine. If convicted, he faces up to 21 months in prison and $15,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Wednesday, a store security officer at Kohl’s spotted Bowen take four Zeki Android touch pads, cut the security devices off with a wire cutter, then conceal the items and walk out the store. $500 Shopping Spree Botched By Stolen Credit Card

Glendale Police say a Milwaukee man is using a credit card with his name on it but registered to a stolen account number from a Utah man.

A 29-year-old Milwaukee man is accused of using a credit card with his name and a stolen number inscribed on it at Bayshore Mall. Roual Leon Shaw was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of unauthorized use of personal identification. If convicted, he faces up to three years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Saturday, Glendale police officers were called to Boston Store after Shaw and another man selected $535 in merchandise and tried to buy the goods using a stolen credit card number taken from a Utah man. Santa Stops at Bayshore for Holiday Photos

Santa Claus is at Bayshore Mall through Dec. 24. Families can choose from a number of photo packages.

Santa Claus is at Bayshore Mall in Glendale and, for a price, parents can take the kiddies to get a photo with the jolly man in red. He's set up shop in the Grand Hall near the food court.  There are five photo packages to chose from: Rudolph -$32.99 Blitzen -$24.99 Comet -$19.99 Dasher - $14.99 Santa’s Special – Pick any (4) - $31.99 Not everything has a price. For free, kids can get smiles, hugs, wish taking, hand holding and a surprise gift.  Parents can take a camera, but cannot use it within the confines of the Santa set.

$500 in Jewelry Boosted From Boston Store, Cops Say

A 51-year-old Milwaukee man grabbed handfuls of jewelry and stuffed everything into his pockets according to the police report. He's now facing up to $10,000 in fines and nine months in prison.

A 51-year-old Milwaukee man is facing hefty fines and prison time for trying to boost some jewelry from Boston Store. Kevin Frederick Wallace was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Wednesday with one count of retail theft. If convicted, he faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: Wallace walked into Boston Store at Bayshore Town Center and a store security guard saw him pick several pieces of jewelry, take the tags off and place in his pocket. Wallace then left the store, but was stopped and Glendale police officers were called to the scene. Wallace is currently being held in Milwaukee County Jail on a $250 signature bond while awaiting trial.

TMJ4 Reporter Cited for Using Potty Mouth with Cops After Urinating at Bayshore

I-Team reporter Rob Koebel accused of swearing at police and asking "Do you know who you're messing with?" after he was caught urinating outside of the Apple store.

(Update: Steve Wexler, the general manager of WTMJ-TV, told Jim Romenesko that Koebel is no longer with the station.) A local television reporter was cited for disorderly conduct when he became belligerent with police after being caught urinating outside of the Apple store at Bayshore Mall. According to the Glendale police report: A Bayshore security guard caught Rob Koebel, 41, urinating outside of the Apple store at 10:11 p.m. Aug. 21. Koebel, an investigative reporter with TMJ4's I-Team, lives in an apartment above the Apple store. The security guard told police he saw Koebel and his friend, a 52-year-old man, leave Bar Louie on their way back to their apartments. The friend told police Koebel had been drinking. Protesters, Petitioners Free to Assemble on Sidewalks Bordering Bayshore Mall

Under an understanding between the mall, Glendale and the ACLU, those seeking to exercise free speech rights can do so on the sidewalks bordering the mall. However, the mall's no soliciting ordinance still applies to its interior sidewalks.

Petitioners and protesters can take to sidewalks bordering Bayshore Town Center again after an understanding was reached among the mall, City of Glendale and the American Civil Liberties Union of Wisconsin on Tuesday. In separate incidents last fall, mall security told petitioners to leave the sidewalks surrounding the mall and another man protesting Trader Joe's was arrested and cited for trespassing by Glendale police. Capt. Mark Ferguson of the Glendale Police Department said the understanding is limited to the sidewalks bordering Bayshore, including North Port Washington Road, East Silver Spring Drive and North Lydell Avenue, and doesn't include the sidewalks lining the interior of the mall center.
