An argument between two women led one of them to steal the other's vehicle, drive it north to Fox Point and crash it in a driveway on Bergen Drive. Former School Board Member Arrested at Nicolet Homecoming

It took two Glendale police officers to remove Jennifer Peltz from the Nicolet homecoming game Friday after principal asked to have a half-barrel of root beer removed from school property because kids were doing keg stands.

Former Nicolet High School board member Jennifer Peltz was arrested for disorderly conduct at the school's Homecoming football game after she resisted arrest when officers repeatedly told her to remove a half-barrel of root beer because kids were doing keg stands. According to the Glendale police report: About 20 students were standing around a half-barrel of root beer and doing keg stands – one student would do a handstand on top of the barrel while others held him or her up, and they would drink upside down from the spigot. Traditionally, this is a college drinking game done with a barrel of beer. Because of the keg's resemblance to beer and a concern for student safety, Principal Greg DePue and facilities director Brian Reiels asked a …

President Clinton Rallies Barrett Supporters

With the recall election four days away, the former president spoke at a rally with Democrat Tom Barrett at Pere Marquette Park.

Former President Bill Clinton visited Pere Marquette Park Friday to support Democrat Tom Barrett as Wisconsin's tumultuous recall election nears its end. Clinton made cooperation the theme of his speech and hammered Gov. Scott Walker for his "divide and conquer" tactics. "Everywhere I go in America, everywhere I go in the world, the only thing that's working is when you get everybody who's got a stake in the game in there, treat them with respect and people go forward together," Clinton said. "That's how you get out of a ditch." Clinton said Barrett is the candidate better for education, the budget and creating jobs. He and Barrett also used the event to urge people to vote early, with absentee voting coming to an end Friday. Hundreds …

Given the presence of rock star former Pres. Bill Clinton, an interesting question is "Where is the current occupant of the White House?" Pres. Obama was traveling in Minnesota last week but somehow failed to show up to even shake hands with the Democratic candidate in this watershed election. Too hot to handle? Don't throw good money after bad? Had to go to a conflicting fundraiser for his own …   more ›

After being warned before, 55-year-old continued to frighten young children.

That's funny. The police failed to mail me my $177.00 citations for property violations, while ignoring neighbors ongoing violations and repeatedly came a pounding and I mean pounding on my door. Fox Point Fight Leaves Glendale Man with Stitches

Brown Deer and Fox Point men arrested for battery and disorderly conduct.

A 24-year-old Fox Point man was arrested for battery after being accused of punching a Glendale man so hard that he had to go to the hospital.  The incident took place in May following a party at an apartment in the 8600 block of North Port Washington Rd. But the 21-year-old victim didn't report the crime until June 13, when he stopped by the Fox Point Police Department and told police that he was punched so hard in the head that he needed three stitches. However, after he received a $1,300 hospital bill, he decided that he wanted the two men who assaulted him to pay for it. According to police reports: The man said he and his …
