Two Dozen Eggs Cost Five Teens $681 Each

Police cited five teenage boys from four Milwaukee-area communities for tossing eggs at passing cars.

Five teens from four towns snagged $681 citations for damage to property after police say they egged oncoming cars traveling along Lake Drive.  A 51-year-old Fox Point man called Bayside police just after 10 p.m. Saturday to report that his car had just been egged — and he knew exactly who had done it.  He said as he was driving down North Fairway Circle when a car passed and someone inside threw an egg at his car. He told police he turned around and saw that same car pull into a driveway and quickly take off the other way, at 50 to 60 mph. He gave the license plate to police, along with the car’s make and model, the police report said.
