Porn Burglar Gets Prison Time for Home Break-in
A Menomonee Falls man who broke into a home and looked up porn while the family was asleep gets prison as part of his sentence.
The Menomonee Falls man who broke into a Fox Point home and looked up pornography will spend the next three years in prison. Otha Smith, 50, was sentenced by Milwaukee County Circuit Court Judge Michael Guolee Wednesday to three years in prison and three years of extended supervision for breaking into the home in April. Early one April morning, a family living in the 7800 block of North Club Circle contacted Fox Point police after they were awakened by someone going through drawers in the downstairs portion of their house.
