Saukville man stole whiskey and vodka from Bayside Otto's.
A 20-year-old Saukville man was cited for stealing more than $500 from Otto's Bayside Wine and Spirits. Just before 2 a.m. Jan. 30, Bayside police met with the manager of Otto’s. He explained to officers that an ex-employee, a 20-year-old Saukville man, was caught stealing from the Brown Deer branch recently — which prompted him to check the Bayside location's security cameras as the man worked there as well. After reviewing the tapes, he discovered the ex-employee had taken a case of Jack Daniels Whiskey (a total of six, 1.75 liter bottles) valued at approximately $120 from the Bayside store on Jan. 12 between 8 and 9 p.m. The video shows him taking it out through the rear door of the building.
