Man Posing As Sports Photographer to Trick Teens Pleads Not Guilty

The 68-year-old Greenfield man faces two telephone harassment charges as well as two misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges in Ozaukee County for lying about his identity so that he could photograph two Cedarburg High School athletes.

A man charged with telephone harrassment and disorderly conduct for misleading teens about his identity so that he could photograph them pleaded not guilty to the charges in court on Tuesday. Gary Medrow, a 68-year-old Greenfield man, faces $4,000 in fines and 360 days in prison for the two telephone harrassment charges as well as two misdemeanor disorderly conduct charges in connection with an incident involving two Cedarburg High School female athletes. Medrow, who lives in the 5200 block of South Tuckaway Blvd., is accused of pretending to be a photographer named "Mike Clark" and contacting Cedarburg High School cheerleaders with the intent of taking their photos. Fox Point Man Faces Charges After Hitting Mequon House With SUV

Suspect ran his Chevrolet Suburban into a house after he and two friends spent the night drinking on a boat in downtown Milwaukee.

A 23-year-old Fox Point man is facing multiple charges after he crashed his SUV into a Mequon house while driving drunk, causing severe damage to two of his friends. David A. Werner III was charged in Ozaukee County Circuit Court May 30 with one count of first offense operating while intoxicated, one count of injury by intoxicated use of a vehicle and one count of possession of THC, which is the active ingredient in marijuana. If convicted, he faces up to 14 years in prison and $28,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 11 p.m. May 28 police were called to a residence in the 600 block of Haddonstone Place after Werner’s Chevrolet Suburban left the roadway and stuck a house. Fox Point Woman Charged With Selling Booze to Kids

Suspect has been cited at least five times in the past year with selling to minors and devised a scheme to allow her to keep doing the sales without getting caught.

A 43-year-old Fox Point woman is facing charges after she got caught selling beer to minors from her Grafton liquor store. Bohdana Kucheras was charged in Ozaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of obstructing an officer and one count of fourth offense sales to a minor. If convicted, she could face up to 18 months in prison and $20,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 8:22 p.m. Dec. 9, a Grafton police officer was surveying Graton Liquor Store, 1310 12th Ave., when he saw two young individuals pull up to the store and go inside. While the vehicle was registered to someone born in 1957, police records indicated minors lived at the same address and one of them had received a citation for underage alcohol …

How many times does this have to happen in Grafton before they wake up?????? Does Grafton have to wait till someone is killed by an intoxicated teenager who bought beer from her store?? Mequon Woman Accused of Stealing $92K in Jewelry Gets Additional Charge

Milwaukee County also charging Jill E. Binon, who told Bayside friend she gambled away all the money earned from selling stolen items.

After being charged in Ozaukee County for allegedly stealing jewelry and silverware from friends in Grafton and Bayside, Jill E. Binon, 49, of Mequon is now charged with theft of property exceeding $10,000 in Milwaukee County Court as well. The new charges come as Bayside is located in both Milwaukee and Ozaukee counties. Binon is being charged for receiving stolen property in Ozaukee County in relation to the Bayside theft. According to the Milwaukee County criminal complain, Binon called her Bayside victim and friend from the Ozaukee County Jail. She promised to do "everything everybody wants" and offered to repay her frient. She also said she would tell her friend "everything," and stated she had none of the stolen items left — she had …
