A 50-year-old Menomonee Falls man is facing charges after he allegedly broke into a Fox Point home Saturday and began looking up pornography on a computer. Otha L. Smith Jr. was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday with one count of burglary and one count of possession of burglarious tools. If convicted, he faces up to 16 years in prison and $35,000 in fines.
