Suspect broke into a Fox Point home and looked up pornography on the family computer early Saturday morning. He's facing charges in Milwaukee County Court.

A 50-year-old Menomonee Falls man is facing charges after he allegedly broke into a Fox Point home Saturday and began looking up pornography on a computer. Otha L. Smith Jr. was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Monday with one count of burglary and one count of possession of burglarious tools. If convicted, he faces up to 16 years in prison and $35,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 2:56 a.m. Saturday, a family living in the 7800 block of North Club Circle contacted Fox Point police after they were woken up by someone going through drawers in the downstairs portion of their house and they contacted police.
