A 22-year-old Green Bay man is accused of driving drunk while speeding through Fox Point Saturday. Antonio Javier Morales was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Sunday with one count of second offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to six months in jail and $1,100 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Saturday, a Fox Point police officer on patrol in the 8300 block of North Port Washington Road saw Morales driving a van northbound and doing 45 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour speed zone.
