Green Bay Van Man Faces Second Drunk Driving Charge

Suspect, 22, is charged with his second drunk driving offense after a Fox Point police officer catches him speeding in the village.

A 22-year-old Green Bay man is accused of driving drunk while speeding through Fox Point Saturday. Antonio Javier Morales was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Sunday with one count of second offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to six months in jail and $1,100 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Saturday, a Fox Point police officer on patrol in the 8300 block of North Port Washington Road saw Morales driving a van northbound and doing 45 miles per hour in a 35 miles per hour speed zone. Morales was pulled over by the officer, who immediately noticed the strong smell of alcohol coming from inside the car. Morales failed field sobriety tests and was then taken in for a blood test. Man Facing 3rd OWI Charge After Fox Point Traffic Stop

Milwaukee man is spotted swerving on North Port Washington Road last week by a police officer on patrol.

A 28-year-old Milwaukee man is facing his third drunk driving charge after he was caught allegedly driving erratically through Fox Point last week. William P. Harvill III was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Sept. 29 with one count of third-offense operating while intoxicated and one count of operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration. If convicted, he faces up to one year in jail and $2,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Sept. 30, a Fox Point police officer on patrol spotted Harvill cross the center line several times while driving in the 8100 block of North Port Washington Road. A 35-year-old Milwaukee woman is facing her second drunk driving charge after she was caught allegedly driving in the wrong lane of traffic in Fox Point. Christina Cordova was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of second offense operating while intoxicated, one count of operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration and one count of operating a motor vehicle after revocation of her license. If convicted, she faces up to 18 months in jail and $4,700 in fines. Grafton Man Caught Driving Drunk in Bayside Saturday

Suspect is charged with his third OWI after a Bayside police officer spots him speeding on northbound I-43.

A 50-year-old Grafton man is facing drunk driving charges after he was caught speeding through Bayside Saturday morning. Stephen Peter Rauch was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of third offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to one year in county jail and $2,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: At 3:03 a.m. Saturday, a Bayside police officer on patrol spotted Rauch driving his Cadillac at 75 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour speed zone on northbound I-43.
