A 28-year-old Milwaukee man is facing his third drunk driving charge after he was caught allegedly driving erratically through Fox Point last week. William P. Harvill III was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Sept. 29 with one count of third-offense operating while intoxicated and one count of operating a motor vehicle with a prohibited alcohol concentration. A 50-year-old Grafton man is facing drunk driving charges after he was caught speeding through Bayside Saturday morning. Stephen Peter Rauch was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of third offense operating while intoxicated.
