Please stop posting links to other people's CCAP records on Patch unless they are somehow directly pertinent to the opinions that person has expressed on Patch. I do not see that in this case civil claims are pertinent and therefore it amounts to nothing more than a personal attack. If your comments are deleted, it is for a reason, and continuing to repost them is not a reasonable response.

Thank you for your response Ms. Worthman. Though, I would like to ask why slanderous comments accusing me of a crime and saying there is a tape showing me committing such crime has been allowed to be posted repeatedly by the blogger Bewildered have not been removed? That is in direct violation of the terms & conditions of Patch which has been set forth. Surely, if such a situation had occurred as Bewildered has repeatedly posted on Patch.com, then there would have been police reports/citations/most likely a headline story on Patch itself.
While I appreciate Patch's selective manner w/ which they choose to delete certain messages and for reasons they assign, you have clearly failed to follow your own guidelines in this ongoing instance. I'll look forward to when Patch writers/editors make the leap to the WSJ/NYTimes/JSonline, but I will not be holding my breath in the interim.
