I'm the owner and instructor at The Lift Pilates & CoreAlign Studio, a new fitness studio located in the Audubon Court in Fox Point.

We're the only studio in Wisconsin to offer group CoreAlign classes, a new vertical pilates class that helps build better posture, better core muscles and an overall better tomorrow.

I've worked in the personal training and fitness industry for more than 20 years, and have called Milwaukee home the past decade. I hope everyone in Fox Point and across the North Shore can experience the benefits that pilates can bring to them.
